The latter two sets of charges are entirely fictitious as well since all the police reports, discoveries, PI interviews and court testimonials for these charges that are only a couple months younger than the first set do not describe any mens rea or actus reus of the charges. I addressed in the first hearing that I am not this Travis Carson Root guy they are charging and was born over a decade before I was, yet they refuse to acknowledge false incarceration and false identification and drop the charges, which includes some serious felonies, because the police, courts across Oregon and California refuse to do their job and have dealt with the same accusations by the state for over 20 years. The first set, now almost two years old, I was incarcerated and presented charges.
